Based on the scale of this project, our client has engaged Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners to recruit a Architectural Coordinator / Graduate Architect with at least 1.5 years worth of full-time experience to work on a range of small to medium sized projects in the educational, defense and institutional realm from inception through to completion - including FULL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION. Outside these projects, our client is working on a complex and unique $300M project, so there is definately scope to move onto larger in scale project if this is of interest to you down the track!
On a personal level, our client is seeking down to earth, driven individuals who will take responsibility from earlier stages of projects and follow it through to hand-over.
