This established Architecture and Interior Design firm, are looking to appoint a vibrant, polished and highly motivated Admin Manager to their team.
Located in Brisbane's bustling CBD this fantastic opportunity is targeted towards an individual who enjoys taking key involvement in an all round capacity.
Your day to day responsibilities will span:
Reception including greeting visitors, answering calls responding to emails
Database maintenance, photocopying, printing and scanning
Archiving and filing Courier management
Travel arrangements and bookings
Sample boards and ordering
General office maintenance and ensuring systems are running smoothly
Basic book keeping including petty cash handling
To be considered for this role you will have previous exposure working within the Architecture and Design industry, in addition to your past Administration and Reception experience.
Proficiency using MS Office and software platforms such as InDesign will be desirable however not critical.
A highly motivated, polished and professional individual who is ready to take on a fantastic role within an established practice
