With their pipeline ramping up into the end of the year (and into next), they are looking to grow their team. Seeking a delivery focused architect or strong all-rounder technician, their projects require a steady set of hands to see them from DD onwards.
Working through delivery stages, you will work on:
- Coordination of consultants and integration of consultant drawings
- Production of drawing sets from DD to CD
- Technical detailing
- Responding to site RFI's and resolution of construction issues
This studio values strong technical know-how, and are seeking an Architect or Senior Technician with:
- 8+ years' experience working in delivery stages
- A portfolio consisting of technical and detail drawings
- Leadership capabilities across the internal and external Consultants
- Multi-residential project background with projects exceeding $30m +
- Strong ArchiCAD capabilities
