  • Central Melbourne
  • Permanent or Contract Position
  • Commercial Projects

Our client is a boutique group based in central Melbourne that specialises in research, planning, design and project management. Operating primarily in the government, corporate, research and learning environments, they have a user-centric and sustainability focus.

They are currently looking for an experienced Registered Architect to join their Melbourne team to run commercial, pharmaceutical and industrial architecture and fit-out developments.

This role is a traditional, all-rounder Architecture role; so local experience working across schematic design, design development, construction documentation and contract administration in this capacity is essential.

Working closely with a Project Manager and overseeing junior team members, the project will require the successful applicant to be hands-on in AutoCAD.

As the ideal applicant, you should have upwards of 6 years architectural / documentation experience with a strong technical focus. As this role will be running projects, you must be a registered Architect.

On a personal level, you should be a team focused individual but able to work autonomously with excellent communication skills and have a customer serviced approach when liaising with clients.
