Due to securing multiple major government projects, this studio is looking to appoint an Architect to focus on running some of their smaller projects autonomously or play a key role in running components of larger projects.

Your day to day will see you:

  • Liaise & manage end-users and client groups
  • Work closely with the Design Director to develop the design
  • Execute construction documentation and detailing in REVIT
  • Coordinate with consultants
  • Administer contract administration - regional travel may be required from time to time

To be eligible for this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • 4 years of postgraduate experience locally (minimum)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in the construction phases of projects
  • Upwards of 2 years of professional REVIT experience
  • Experience working as a team member on 50M+ projects
