Get involved in the construction phases of some unique, highly resolved projects.

This studio has a knack for bringing polish and sophistication and meeting it with quirky, liveable environments. With each project highly tailored to the Clients requirements, they have made a name for themselves for their creative designs.

To ensure such custom designs are upkept through construction, they are looking to bring on board a technically sound site focused Architect to deliver projects on the ground.

• Coordination with Contractors and Trades to maintain design intent
• Responding to RFI's and issuing Architects Instructions
• Overseeing construction on site, rectifying any issues
• Get involved in contract administration

Given the nature of this position, you will be a well versed Architect with strong site abilities. The ideal appliant will have:

• 8+ years experience
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and residential projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Team leadership and Client management exposure
• AutoCAD abilities, though some Revit would be preferred
