Bloomfield Tremayne & partners are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Documentor to join a Private Architectural Development company in a fantastic central location. This company are just over 20 staff at present and due to recent success they are needing to grow their team for the long term. They are very passionate about providing excellence and the utmost attention to detail in delivering high-end properties and estates around NSW and on account of such dedication, have been the recipient of various design awards.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience, preferably with a background working on residential projects. This role will require experience working on detailed construction documentation and design development stages. Skills in AutoCAD will be essential with Revit knowledge being a bonus as they will introduce this program over the next coming year. An excellent chance to make the switch to Revit!
A minimum 3 years local experience working in Australia will be expected along with a basic understanding of local codes and statutory requirements and knowledge of low-medium rise residential construction methods. You will have good communication skills and a great attitude to team work.

Remuneration will be in line with experience level but may range from $65k + Super.
