Our client is a well-respected name in the Architectural Industry with a National and International presence, often featured in various design publications for their contemporary work in Architecture and interior design.
With an interesting and varied portfolio across Multi and single-dwelling, cultural, education, transport, retail, health and sports stadiums, this is a rare opportunity to join somewhere offering diversity of work. Based in a convenient central location, this practice of over 100 staff are seeking an experienced Documentation Architect or Architectural Technician to join their studio long term.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in the local industry for at least 5 years and will only consider candidates who hold Australian residency. You will have 5-10 years' experience with strong capability in documentation, construction detailing (1:5, 1:10 building details) and AutoCAD proficiency is a must.
Most projects will be in Revit but you will start off on these particular projects in AutoCAD. Multi-unit residential projects are the focus for now and this will be preferred in your portfolio of work. This is a permanent role in a team with great staff retention and a steady workflow.
Salary will range from $67k-$85k + Super depending on your experience and suitability.
