Our client is seeking a leader in the area of Building Information Modelling to effectively manage resources in line with the business and project modelling requirements. This will include developing early stages of complex projects and enhancing the BIM capability through training, coaching and mentoring in-house staff.
Specifically you will be involved in organising and managing the BIM environment (including customising programs for efficiency and rolling out Quality Assurance Revit standards within the Melbourne office to ensure consistency), developing, implementing and enforcing BIM standards, troubleshooting issues and supplying technical support to staff members.
You will be involved in the BIM development of the organisation leading and coordinating the in-house BIM user group, you will monitor international trends, and advise on latest BIM technology.
You will have worked in a similar role possessing strong modelling skill and BIM Management ability with solid organisational and analytical skills with the ability to define problems, establish the facts, and draw valid conclusions, whilst being able to effectively collaborate with team members to achieve project outcomes.
