Close to PT, parks and inner-north cafes. This studio produces big-budget, high-quality residential projects. With a number of projects coming through, they are looking to expand their small team of 3 by adding a Delivery focused Architect to deliver projects alongside the Director.

A key player in the team, you will head up technical delivery through documentation and construction.

Production of detailed documentation packages from TP on

Ensuring quality documentation from Junior Team members

Coordination of Consultants

Contract administration

Overseeing delivery on site

As a strong delivery focused individual, you will have a background including:

• 6+ years' experience
• ARBV registration preferred
• Complex detail knowledge
• Strong AutoCAD experience (ArchiCAD or Revit a bonus)
• Residential and commercial project background
