This job has now been filled by Bloomfield Tremayne.
- Architects - make the move to the "dark side"
- Highly regarded Construction Group
- Salary in the $150 - $180K + range
We are working with a highly regarded construction company, currently engaged across a range of commercial and complex institutional projects, with an enviable forward pipeline of project commitments in the next few years.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for an Architect who has achieved success in their career, and is now looking to transition into Design Management within a Constructor - or "the dark side" as some say.
You will have past track record in delivering complex projects as a Senior Project Architect, being a true all rounder liaising with key stakeholders and be seen as a leader and problem solver with a make it happen approach. You will have run projects in the $150m + scale with overall responsibilities extending to site delivery.
This role will see you have client and stakeholder interaction through the early planning stages, value engineering reviews of design and leadership of consultant teams during the design and construction phases.
Our client has a preference for a Senior Architect to take on this role, so there will be a level of support and progression if you are transitioning from an Architecture practice, alternatively you are already kicking goals in a construction environment and this role would offer the opportunity to step up into a more strategic level and higher remuneration structure.
Past project experience can be broad, ranging across the commercial, institutional or complex health sectors, which matches the diversity and range of projects under consideration.
This role offers seniority, responsibility and progression in a highly regarded organisation that is regarded for their professionalism and commitment to quality of the projects they undertake.
