Kicking off the year on a strong note, this unique studio is in need of a Senior Interior Designer. With a truly one-of-a-kind business model, they focus primarily on design and delivery of high-quality FF&E packages for a range of high-end hotel and student accommodation packages. Though, increasingly are getting involved across design stages of projects.

With 2022 gearing up to be a busy year for this team, their Director has asked BT&P to seek an Interior Designer with strong FF&E abilities and exposure to project management.

Working in collaboration with Client Groups and Suppliers, you will develop FF&E packages to suit purpose & budget.

• Preparing concept designs & FF&E proposals
• Spatial design, floor plans, and layouts
• Management of furniture procurement and installation
• Meetings and negotiations with Suppliers to develop equitable working relationships

Heading up larger scale FF&E packages, you will be an experienced Designer with strong management and coordination abilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years Interior Design Experience
• A strong interest and exposure to FF&E packages
• A portfolio consisting of hotel or student accommodation projects
• Clear and concise communication abilities
• Proven experience in management of Client accounts
• Detail oriented and organised
