We are looking for an Interior Designer to work with an up and coming Design and Construction firm based on the Northern Beaches. The right candidate will need to tick the following boxes to be considered for this role:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 years' previous local experience - ideally on workplace/ commercial projects
  • Must be able to easily commute to the Northern Beaches
  • Be open to working 3 days a week
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be passionate about design
  • Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer that wants to develop their skill set and work in a friendly, down-to-earth environment. The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Collaborating with the Project Leaders and Senior Designers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing office spaces.
  • Assisting in space planning, floor plans and concept development.
  • Selecting finishes and materials that align with client needs and design aesthetics.
  • Participating in the development of presentation tools and concept designs.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of in-house design "packages" and drawing templates.
  • Actively engage in brainstorming and idea generation sessions to contribute to design innovation.
