A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within an award-winning Architecture firm for a highly motivated Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of the business and also ensure the smooth running of the practice with day to day administration.
The role requests an individual to organise the internal and external affairs of key stakeholders including email/phone correspondence, diary management, travel, document preparation, processing of monthly expenses, event planning and including maintenance of marketing where required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, willing to take initiative and work in a collaborative environment whilst always looking for the next challenge! They will possess second to none verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, a professional manner and high attention to detail. Whilst not essential, past exposure within an Architecture or Interior Design studio environment would be well regarded.
