Our Client is one of the current powerhouses within the Melbourne market, with a plentiful list of high-quality multi-residential projects constantly in the works.
With strong Revit structures already in place, they are seeking a leader in the area of BIM to effectively manage resources in line with the business, project modelling, and continuing the development of the Practice BIM procedures. This will include enhancing the office BIM capability through training, coaching and mentoring in-house staff.
Specifically you will be involved in organising and managing the BIM environment (including customising programs for efficiency and rolling out Quality Assurance Revit standards within the Melbourne office to ensure consistency), developing, implementing and enforcing BIM standards, troubleshooting issues and supplying technical support to staff members.
You will be involved in the BIM development of the organisation leading and coordinating the in-house BIM user group, you will monitor international trends, and advise on latest BIM technology.
Having worked in a similar role you will possess strong BIM Management abilities with solid organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, establish the facts, and draw valid conclusions, whilst being able to effectively collaborate with team members to achieve project outcomes.
To the a successful candidate within the outstanding top-tier Architectural firm, you must come from an Architectural background with previous BIM Management experience.
