DESIGN MANAGER

Our client is an established Building Design Consultancy with a reputation for producing high quality residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

They are currently seeking a skilled Design Manager with either a background as an Architect or Building Design Draftsperson to join their team on a permanent basis. You will require a fantastic design background with front-end architectural experience including client liaison, concept design, and project coordination.

A strong knowledge of Building construction and design principles will be required along with solid experience in town planning and compliance with BCA requirements. Project involvement will span through all stages of the project life cycle, however, leading the project through the initial concept design stages will be a focus.

Being a smaller office you will also be required to use your hands on Revit documentation skills to see projects through the documentation stages, to completion.
