DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

Are you looking to make the change away from mainstream Architecture or Building Design into a professional development environment?

This newly created role offers the opportunity for an experienced
Architect or Architectural Technician who has gained a strong knowledge of site analysis and feasibility stages across a range of commercial,
industrial and mixed use projects to step forward in their career.

You will have developed a reputation for being an all-rounder, and have an interest and knowledge of the development process along with having broadly based design and technical skills. This is not a pure technical documentation role, more one that will use your brief development and site planning / analysis skills, whilst being hands on in producing master planning, site and feasibility studies drawings to schematic and Town Planning stages.

You will liaise with external Architects and consultant groups along with working closely with internal stakeholders, Project Management, Development Management and marketing teams, and have the get up and go to quickly resolve initial briefs and enjoy working closely with a range of professionals on varied projects in their early stages.
You will need to bring along strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills as a must, and ideally have good hands on skills across InDesign and Photoshop. Revit skills would also be highly regarded with the potential transition to BIM in the future.

If you are looking to make the transition from mainstream Architecture into the development realm, this is the best opportunity in the industry!
