Our client is an award winning multi discplinary design studio who are actively involved across a wide range of complex and high profile project sectors. They are seeking a highly motivated professional who will be involved in the delivery of wayfinding solutions associated with these complex environments.
We envisage individuals with an Architecture, Planning, or Landscape background who are looking for a change of focus in their career will see exceptional challenges and opportunities in this role. We anticipate you will have 3 to 5 years experience and above in a creative consulting environment, a solid understanding of the psychology of space and ideally strategic early stages project involvement.
Our client enjoys an exceptional profile within the Australian design industry, and this role will see you working closely with leading Architecture, Landscape and Development teams. You will be a key contributor to the development of evidence based wayfinding systems for a range of complex and interesting environments in Australia and internationally.
Our client has isolated these key abilities and traits that will set you apart:
- Formulate engaging, compelling strategy independently and within a team context
- Simply articulate complex ideas through both written prose and verbal presentations
- Develop written content that has strong narrative in a concise and accurate manner
- Independently conduct structured stakeholder consultation sessions
- Conduct research and compile information to produce quality data

Think laterally on the fly in workshop scenarios to develop efficient outcomes
A refined awareness in spatial dynamics and an understanding of the complexities of interior and exterior spaces will be highly advantageous. An optimistic, engaging individual who is passionate about strategy, design and ideas within a highly creative studio is the one for this role.
Past wayfinding experience of complex environments will of course be an advantage, however professionals who have strong mid to large scale project involvement are actively encouraged to apply.
