We have a lovely Client who work within Interior Design as well as Construction and they are seeking a bright, skilled individual to take on the role of office co-ordinator within their office.

This is an all encompassing position - you will be involved in the day to management of the office; from answering calls and greeting visitors to managing multiple calendars and co-ordinating meetings and also working with the HR team to co-ordinate in hour programmes and initiatives.

To be considered for this fast paced, fun role you will need a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding presentation and know your stuff when it comes to time management.
