Highly regarded and Award Winning boutique Architecture Firm is looking for a Office Coordinator/Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director, as well as ensuring the firm runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
This will be a broadly based role that will include overseeing image libraries for project submissions, managing flow of activities in the office and arranging appointments and international travel.
Given the environment, much of the work undertaken needs to meet specific time deadlines. The ability to prioritise work and perform well under pressure is a critical requirement of this role, as is your maturity to deal with high profile clients and firm Directors.
You will have a bright, 'can do' attitude, and ideally have also had experience in the Architectural or Design industry taking on similar responsibilities. You will have great communication skills, and in addition to this you will be proactive and self motivated.
Also highly advantageous would be the ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) to produce graphic and presentation material for the firm.
Ideally you will be someone with a can do attitude who is not afraid to apply and challenge yourself. This is a perfect long term opportunity to join a well regarded design group, who enjoys a respectable profile within the design industry.
