With one eye on the current apartment market, and another on the future of apartment stock in Australia, our Client is looking forward in developing design outcomes that contribute to the everyday life of the residents within. An established and respected name in their own right, they are looking for a outside the box Senior Interior Designer to push the boundaries in sustainable, concept led apartment ventures.
They are looking for an "Ideas Generator", someone with a fresh approach to the way we interact with the urban environment, our neighbors and environment. Offering thought out solutions to vertical and high-density communities, you will be a severe design talent with a feet on the ground knowledge and passion for bettering the way we live.
Based on the strategic direction of the position, you will have upward of 10 years of experience, in particular vast experience in designing multi-residential and mixed-use developments. Overseeing a small design team, you will have had exposure to management of resources, and project programming.
Working closely with the Architecture Team, this role offers you the opportunity to jump on board in early feasibility and concept stages to truly shape the fabric of new developments.
Your professional demeanor will see you interacting with Clients and Development Managers to negotiate design options to ensure delivery of positive outcomes.
