A busy emerging Studio is in need of an organised someone to assist the Director in the day-to-day.

Backed by a loyal Client base, this Iconic Director has recently started up their own studio. With new projects coming on board almost daily, they are strengthening their team across the board. Needing to free up their time to get back to Design, they are on the look out for an organised and driven Personal Assistant.

Joining this studio in early days, you will be charged with:

  • Diary Management
  • Travel and appointment booking
  • Producing correspondence
  • Studio inbox management
  • Assisting in market and new Client research

A knowledge of the architecture industry is a must, the ideal candidate will have an ear to the ground when it comes to design trends and up-and-coming developments. We see the ideal applicant as someone who may have initially pursued Interior Design or Architecture, however has shown a preference toward administration or business operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, with Adobe InDesign being a bonus.

Offered as a WFH role, you will be required approx 15 hrs pw. Given the emerging status, and growing nature of this studio, there is potential for career growth with this leading design name.
