Exceptional opportunity for a Project Architect to work alongside the Director and take on a key 2IC role, assisting them to develop and grow the Architectural arm within an established, high-end Interior Design studio.
Around 30 in size, this award-winning practice packs a punch with its crafted and curated, yet liveable designs. With an influx of stunning projects, this is a strategic appointment and a rare opportunity for an Architect who seeks scope and responsibility in their day-to-day.
There is an abundance of ready-made residential work at this firm, with a strong demand! But don't be misled, as their project scope has organically evolved over time to include boutique hospitality and commercial projects and unique 'a-typical' multi-storey apartments. The studio is quite diverse as a result of their reputation and the relationships they've forged in the past two decades with their clients.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Architect
- 5+ years of experience in the Australian design market
- Exceptional knowledge of design
- Proven ability for overall delivery of high-end, technically detailed projects
- Strong development, construction documentation, detailing and coordination skills
- Personable, passionate and collaborative
