PROJECT ARCHITECT - ARCHICAD

Our client is a highly regarded firm who enjoy a great industry reputation, both for quality of design and the environment they have fostered.

Based on a combination of new project commitments of high quality inner city residential developments with a true design focus, they are keen to appoint an experienced Architect that is capable of leading mid residential and boutique hotel developments in the $50 M range.

Your strong delivery skills are in demand to take a key permanent role on a range of these impressive apartment developments, and the ability to lead a small team will be highly valued. Our client has also said those that are on the cusp of leading projects who just need some guidance and mentoring would also be highly suited to this opportunity.

Projects are currently entering design development stages, so you will be across early technical stages, seeing projects through documentation and coordination stages, so strong hands on ArchiCAD documentation is a must along with the ability to lead a small team, and assists on other projects as needed.

Ideally you will have recent exposure to quality apartment projects of a similar scale, and exposure to the ArchiCAD platform.

This practice has an eye to the future in terms of your ongoing career opportunity.
