About the Role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to lead and manage projects in their education projects. The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and work closely with a dedicated team of designers. This role is pivotal in driving the success of a delivering a large pipeline of work slated for 2024.
Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from design development on education sector projects
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure projects meet design, budget, and timeline objectives
- Manage project teams and mentor junior staff
Skills and Experience:
- Registration as an Architect (preferred but not essential) with at least 6 years of post-graduate experience and 2 years of project leadership experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience in the education sector is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
