Our client are a busy and thriving multi-discipline practice based in Sydney's CBD, renowned for working across a range of projects and delivering high quality results for their clients.
A rare opportunity currently exists for a talented Project Architect, who would be responsible for co-ordinating and managing projects from design development through to completion. Working closely with Senior Management you will lead your own team to ensure deadlines are met, liaising with the client and consultants and other parties involved on the projects.
The role will require you to be hands on in the documentation process using AutoCAD and Revit. You will also provide mentorship to other junior staff members. The role offers great opportunity to take ownership of your own projects and work on top quality designs. You would be part of a strong office with a great culture. They are focused on developing their employees and there is lots of room for progression to Associate level within the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
6 - 8+ years local Architectural experience.
Previous experience on residential or commercial projects. (ideally multi-unit).
Good leadership ability.
The ability to liaise effectively between client, consultant and team.
Strong technical ability.
Solid skills on Revit.

The salary for this role will be $85K - $110K + super depending on your experience.
