PROJECT ARCHITECT - STATION LEADER

With works kicking off for a multi-billion dollar rail project, our Client is looking to appoint a Rail Experienced Architect to head up station design and delivery. This project is considered to be a one of it's kind development, ensuring Auckland can keep up with it's growing population in decades to come.
Overseeing one of three new stations (each with their own unique design), you will be responsible for management and coordination of all phases from design development, through to completion. Working closely with the wider design team, you will be responsible for on going project coordination, and management, ensuring all deliverables meet project deadlines.
Your eye for detail and technical knowledge will ensure the architectural design and documentation are to a high standard, and any design issues are ironed out prior to issue of construction drawings.
You will come from strong a Project Architectural background, having already had 5+ years in a similar capacity. Ideally you will also have had exposure to rail infrastructure, or other large in scale, multifaceted infrastructure projects. Your communication skills will be second to none, with the ability to delegate and communicate priorities amongst the team.
Revit experience is a must, with this large project adopting a collaborative Revit model, you will be experienced with the platform, having delivered numerous projects in such an environment previously.
