- 2017's Blue Ribbon Project
- High Exposure, MAJOR CBD Site
- 12 Month Minimum Contract, 9th or 16th Jan Start
This firm does everything BUT multi-residential developments. A highly regarded and awarded city based design studio with projects spanning the Civic / Public, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Education and Hospitality sectors.
Having just landed arguably one of Melbourne';s soon to be most publicised projects in the 1st Quarter of 2017, they have an immediate need to recruit a switched on Revit Documentor.
Initially, you will be involved in the early stages through design development and construction documentation of a complex, large in scale (currently confidential... soon to be public) landmark CBD redevelopment project.
To be successful in this role is focused towards two essential criteria; local construction knowledge and sharp Revit knowledge. To ensure this is possible, you will need to have previous experience working on quality, highly detailed, mid to large scale developments.
Naturally you?ll be a team player, and will enjoy working in a collaborative environment under the guidance of a friendly Project Architect with a wealth of expertise in landmark developments (we know this as we've just placed the Project Architect and they are starting tomorrow!).
Although this position will be appointed on a contract basis, there is no double that you?ll be kept busy for quite some time as they intend to take this position through the whole projects lifespan.
Passion and talent are highly regarded, so if you possess these qualities and enjoy working in a structured environment that promotes a positive work/life balance, this really could be an excellent fit.
Join this leading design studio, enhance your career in 2017 and cut your teeth on a highly recognised landmark project!
