The right candidate must be well-versed in ArchiCAD and has worked on private or public projects with about $100M in build value.

You must have at least 12 years of local experience working within the high-rise sector and a minimum of 12 months working within the ArchiCAD platform.

In addition, you will also have the following:

• Well-developed detailing, documentation & project coordination skills
• Sound understanding of local codes and statutory requirements
• Experience delivering facade packages for projects
• Design sensitivity

Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include contributing to the delivery team, typically focusing on facade packages. Therefore, you must thoroughly understand construction documentation and detailing, specifically for facade packages.

This role is looking for someone who isn't afraid to run solo from time to time but can also work within a small team and seek guidance when needed.
