Are you well versed in major, multi-faceted projects? Want to work on one of the next iconic structures of Melbourne?
Despite the current economy, the future is looking bright for this iconic national practice, having recently firmed up a handful of large projects - a true testament to their quality of design and business acumen!
With a major project current in the works, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Architect to join their team under the Directors to lead and oversee project development from early inception throughout the projects lifespan. This role will be seen as integral in the successful delivery of a soon-to-be Melbourne landmark!
Heading up this project you will be involved from early project stages, you will be well versed in coordination and management of project teams including resourcing, programming and fee management. You will lead this project throughout it's lifecycle, being the main point of contact for Clients, Contractors and associated Stakeholders.
You will be a natural leader, with a proven track record in working on high-end design projects through all stages, including Team, Client and Consultant management.
We expect this talented Project Architect to have a minimum of 10 years of experience, ARBV registration, large-scale commercial project background ($200m+), and a track record in coordination and management of tier-1 Clients. Experience on Revit is preferred but not essential.
