SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

Our client is a design orientated Engineering practice, with a growing Architecture department that is looking to expand it's team in Sydney
With plans to broaden their project typologies in Architecture, they are looking to strengthen their team by adding a Senior Project Architect / Senior Architect with Leader capabilities who can manage complex innovation and science clients and their associated projects.
Working with senior management, you will be driving large scale, complex projects and will be embedded across all project stages working from initial Client briefing through to hand-over. You will be responsible for fee proposals, project programming, resource management while maintaining and developing new and ongoing client relationships.
This said you must be an A+ communicator with the ability to nurture and inspire greatness within your team and mentor them.
You will be a skilful and knowledgeable Architect with upwards of 12 years of experience and a proven track record in public Project Leadership or Science / Innovation projects.
You will be an all-rounder who has a solid grasp of complex government, educational, institutional and healthcare projects and must have lead projects over $70M build value as a minimum.
