We are seeking an exceptional individual for a great part time role as a Studio Manager/ Administrator within a boutique Interior design firm. Our client has been growing their practice solidly over the past few years, creating and producing amazing Hospitality Interiors.
Joining a tight knit team of Designers that are back in full swing from a WFH stint, you will be moving into and running a very creative studio based n the North Shore. In this role you will oversee, support and manage the day to day running of the office. You will be our client's administrative second hand (wo/man)! A true all rounder who wields impeccable communications skills, is well presented and incredibly organised.
Ideally, you've has at least 3 years' experience in similar roles where in which you were able to show off your administrative prowess. It would be fantastic if you had some graphic design software skills under belt too but definitely excellent reception/ admin skills are a must!
In this is Part Time position (3 days a week) you will take care of all office administration duties including but not limited to:
Meeting and greeting of clients in a professional manner
Fee proposals and presenting pricing information and quotes to clients (important)
Directing calls and keeping office supplies stocked
Paying bills and petty cash (not accounting)
Preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations
Support and marketing maintenance of the company website, social media and general business development
Organising meetings and keeping track of the team's calendar
Ensure that staff are happy on a day to day basis!
In essence, you will be critical in enabling our client to spread their creative wings and focus on exactly what it is they're amazing at doing!
Salary will range from $70k - $90k + Super, which will very much depend on your experience level and suitability for the job.
