STUDIO MANAGER

  • Boutique Interior Design Studio
  • Creative Environment with Supportive Director
  • Key Organisational and Administration Role

This varied position will see you working closely with the Director to oversee day-to-day operations of this leading design studio.

Getting involved in all operations and administrative functions across this boutique studio, you will be an office all-rounder with knowledge and skills across:

  • Administrative & housekeeping functions
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Marketing functions i.e. Social Media & website upkeep
  • HR and Recruitment assistance
  • Personal assistance to the Director

Given the board scope of this position, this role would be suitable for a flexible and oragnised individual with a knack for creative problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Architecture or Design Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Exposure to small-office environments
  • Communicative and detail oriented personality
