Our client has been growing their studio solidly over past few years and has built a strong reputation in the Interior Design industry for creating and producing incredible residential Interiors. They are looking for a switched on, highly articulate Studio Manager/PA to join the team and bring with them their skills and expertise in running a fast-paced Design Studio.
The role could be perfect for someone who is looking for a challenge and will be responsible for assisting the Principal with all General, Operational, Admin, HR/Staffing and Marketing duties across the firm.
An insight on the duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Operations - Manage staff programming and scheduling, assisting on contract preparation
- Admin - manage the studio, HR, processes
- Marketing - Manage the firm?s creative marketing including website, portfolio and brochures
- Client & Project Admin - client liaison, meetings, presentations.
- PA Duties
To be considered you will ideally have previous experience working in a Interior Design, Architectural or a creative industries and love a creative environment.
