STUDIO MANAGER - DESIGN ENVIRONMENT

Located in the top-end of the CBD, this high-end design name is on the look out for a talented multi-tasker to join their operations team!
Working closely with the Design Directors, this role will act as the conduit between management and the wider team. As such your communication and organisation skills will be paramount in maintaining smooth operations.
Keeping the studio organised and moving in the right direction, this multi-faceted role will be involved in various management aspects of the studio including recruitment, travel, office maintenance, Client and supplier liaison, event planning, submissions coordination etc. The ideal applicant will be a skilled multi-tasker with the ability to organise and prioritise their day in an effective manner.
As the feet on the ground in the Studio, you will ensure organisational efficiencies, and keep an eye on project workflows, and make suggestions to improve operational output.
The ideal applicant will be a talented administrative professional having operated in a Studio/Practice Management capacity within the Architecture or Interior Design scene. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience on InDesign will also be necessary. Experience within Design or Construction is necessary.
Integral in this studio, this role will be seen as the glue that binds this busy team together and is of great importance to the success of this company!
