MARKETING SUBMISSION COORDINATOR

Our client is an award-winning, well recognised and established Architectural practice with offices based around the country and an impressive portfolio of projects spanning hospitality, residential, education, commercial, health, retail, airports, transport and sport.
Due to a recent internal promotion, this newly created role is perfectly suited to a creative, detail focussed individual with formal qualifications in Business and/or Marketing and a minimum of 3 years exposure to architecture, design, property or construction.
Your responsibilities will focus on submissions within the Sydney studio, which is why experience in a similar background is important, as it ensures you understand the nature of the Architecture industry and can adapt to the fast paced, design oriented environment.
The key aspects of your role will entail the research of tender subscriptions to identify potential business development opportunities and making recommendations to senior staff as to whether a proposal should be submitted. You will be managing the submissions process overall, including the production of submissions from start to completion; assisting with the preparation of material for interview/bid presentations; collating information from sub-consultants; printing; delivering; filing; tracking and recording submission outcomes on the national BD Blog. This will require the use of InDesign and other relevant software such as Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint, so strong skills across these platforms are essential.
From a personal perspective, our client seeks a professional, flexible, energetic individual with exceptional communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks to achieve deadlines. The role will see you working autonomously and unsupervised but requires strong team based skills, as you will be liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is am ongoing contract role with view to permanent position in this large and thriving organisation. Rates may range from $35-$50p/h plus Superannuation, remuneration is open to negotiation depending on your skills and experience.
