One of BT&P's favourite Clients based in the CBD are in need of a temporary Office manager for a period of one month starting on the 31st July.
This is a mid-sized Architectural practice whose award winning portfolio have earned them great respect in the industry and allowed for many successes in their field.
They are looking for someone to support them in the role of Office manager as cover during a one-month period.
Duties will include:
Supporting the Director and Senior Manager
Looking after recruitment alongside senior staff members
Coordination of staff on projects
Managing staff and getting involved with HR annual reviews in collaboration with Associates.
Collating marketing material
Record keeping and managing annual leave forms
Budgeting programme as appropriate
Assisting with tenders/fee proposals
Hours will be from 8:30am to 5:30pm working with a wonderful bunch of people in a great studio environment. Hours can be flexible if needed.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction, engineering or Architectural industries. You will be well presented, articulate and highly organised with good people skills and ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
This role may suit candidates who are in between jobs at the moment or who would like to get some experience working with an Architectural practice. Salary will depend on experience level and suitability for the role.
