STUDIO MANAGER/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for a great role as a Studio Manager/Personal Assistant within a Boutique Architectural practice working with a lovely team of professional Architects and Interior Designers!
Our client is a small and charming practice based in an inner city suburb with parking available and also a short walk to trains/buses. They have been around for a long time and have seen a fantastic influx of work over the past few years which means they have grown their numbers.
A brand new role has become available for someone to become an integral part of their office and long term member of this close knit team. We are looking for that true all-rounder, someone with impeccable communication skills, well presented and super organised! You will have fantastic administration skills and solid experience working in a similar role where you have been "gate-keeper" of the office.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years' experience working as a Personal Assistant or Office manager with excellent reception skills and leadership qualities. Your role will include (but certainly not limited to):
Meeting and greeting of clients in a professional manner.
General office administration duties/ Directing calls and keeping office supplies stocked
Preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations
Attending client meetings and taking accurate minutes
Maintaining company website and social media
Acting as P.A to the Director
Organising meetings and keeping track of senior staff's calendar
Ensure that staff are happy on a day to day basis!
You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal skills and communicate effectively with your team members Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment Previous experience within an Architectural or Design firm will be highly regarded but other backgrounds will be considered.
