Our client is a well-respected name in the Architectural Industry who have been practising in Sydney for a long time. With a varied portfolio ranging from Multi-unit residential, hotels, commercial, infrastructure to interiors and urban planning, this firm offer an all-round experience for a motivated Architect. Based in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, this medium sized office are hoping to grow their team as the work keeps rolling in!

What are we looking for:

A Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years' experience locally

Experience working on Multi-unit residential projects of medium to high density.

Strong AutoCAD and/or ideally Revit

Excellent skills in design development and presentation

Ability to work on projects through CC and construction documentation stages

Capability to manage small teams

Superb communication skills to liaise with consultants and team members

Coordination skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced office
