Are you a skilled Architect/ Architectural Technician on a working holiday visa? OR perhaps you are looking for some short term contract work due to your current circumstances? If so then this role could be of interest to you!
Our client is a multi-disciplinary company based in the heart of Sydney's CBD! Specialising in a range of commercial fit outs and high end, multi- unit residential projects, they have recently won awards for their work. A mid-sized company of approximately 50 people with a bright open plan office environment, they have a fantastic collaborative and social culture.
What you will need:
Seeking an Architectural Technician/Architect with at least 3-4 years' experience, skilled in AutoCAD but also ideally with a working knowledge of Revit. You will be able to demonstrate some high quality work you have carried out in previous roles and preferably at established and practices. With a solid technical knowledge of construction you would be required to translate the initial design in to technical documentation.
You will have a high degree of accuracy and be able to finish work in a timely manner. You will need to liaise with Architects and consultants regularly and be able to work effectively as part of a team therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
The salary for this role will be $30-40 per hour + super depending on your skills and experience.
