Our client is quickly emerging into a top tier practice in Australia, with a portfolio spanning highly technical and substantial institutional, health and government projects.

Based on the expansion of their delivery processes, our client has a newly created role for a technical construction detailer who can integrate detailed technical solutions with a design framework.

Projects are varied and rarely similar to previous ones, hence the need for a "Technical Guru" who can apply their knowledge to any of the projects within the office, no matter what the construction methodology.

Your expertise will be sought out from design workshop stages through to leading other technical team members, interacting with architects and multidisciplinary teams. Involvement in a mentoring capacity in developing technical knowledge across the studio is a key part of the long-term role.

You will have past involvement in resolving technical construction detailing elements on a range of highly resolved, design-based projects with build values exceeding $100M.

Your background could be either a REVIT technician or an Architect with a strong detailing focus. This group is a Revit based environment, so proficiency is essential.
